The American Le Mans Series is dominated by the battle between the little Porsche RS Spyder and the mighty Audi R10. At the Long Beach GP local hero Patrick Long brought the crowd to their feet with a thrilling start overtaking both the Audi's and his team mate before the first corner. In the first picture he studies the track right before the race.
